We are a dental clinic located at USJ10 (Taipan Triangle) providing full range of dental treatments.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To be part of the cyberworld and be visible to today's active cyber surfers

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

First launched in 2003 and revised in 2006.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

We chose the clinic name which meant "cute" in Mandarin

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

The site is not a selling site instead a information bank for visitors to know more about dental treatments before they come to us.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To secure more hits and turn them into clients

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would add a online scheduler/appointment request; add online sales of critical dental accessories and have a forum.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Expansion costs, recruitment of additional dentists, equipment

What has been your biggest challenge?

keeping up the quality of the site and continuously updating information.

Address card, search engine listing

running for last 3 years and intend to keep it forever

To become the preferred dentist of the younger generation.
